How We Charge

At Power-4, we charge a flat fee for single-position direct hire sourcing. With our thorough, highly personalized sourcing and vetting process, you and the candidate you choose can both feel confident you’re making a great-fit move. That reduces risk of turnover. However, in the event they don’t work out, for any reason, we offer a 100-day guarantee on all candidates. The fee is 100% refundable within the first 25 days, after which the refund percentage gradually decreases.
