Retained Sourcing

At Power-4 we take a unique, project-based approach to talent sourcing. A single retainer fee covers a specified number of positions over a specified time period, typically 3-6 months. We can help you fill multiple positions in different business units or pull together a new team of related positions.

We specialize in senior clinical and executive placements in the $80-300K range – the kind of powerful candidates who will strengthen your life science and clinical teams and fill other key roles, company-wide, such as IT, HR, sales and marketing.

We can step into a search already underway. We’ll partner with your internal TA and HR teams and augment as necessary to finish the job by delivering a short list of top candidates. Or we can handle your search right from the start as you need, zeroing in on the best-suited candidates for your review. You’ll make the final decision, and you’ll get more than a great new hire.

With our model, Power-4 clients retain all sourced candidates, to build your own pool and pipeline. That can streamline and speed future hiring without additional future costs per hire.
