The Manager, Digital and Demand Generation Marketing is responsible for optimizing expertise across digital channels, top and middle of the funnel. The Manager, Digital and Demand Generation Marketing will build nurture flows in an automation platform, build scoring rubric and identify required system integrations.
Planning, implementing and managing online strategies—including Web site and social media engagement—to drive and nurture demand.
Key priorities include overseeing the planning, development and execution of inbound and outbound digital marketing efforts via Web properties, SEO, SEM, remarketing, and email.
Partners with Portfolio team closely, bringing campaigns to life across digital channels, and helping capture and score offline activity.
Direct team in the development of data-driven, innovative marketing plans that leverage best practices in demand gen and sales enablement. Campaigns will have a strong emphasis on customer engagement, lead generation and lead conversion.
Oversee their team’s execution of marketing plans in collaboration with Integrated Campaigns, Demand Gen, and Marketing Services teams.
Have a deep understanding of current marketing tools and tactics and lead their team in executing integrated campaigns.
Collaborate with Sales, and lead marketing team in providing strategic support to Sales in opening and closing business.
Direct team in the development of effective sales enablement strategies, tools, and tactics to empower the Sales team to be successful with their product portfolio.
Work with senior Marketing leadership on the analysis and creation of marketing strategies across the organization.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:5+ years marketing experience
B2B Digital and Demand Generation experience
BA or BS (preferably Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, or equivalent theoretical depth)
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability/desire to build
Demonstrated strategic agility. Proven record with strategy creation and execution.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Strong sense of navigating social networks to drive results.
Excellent oral and written communications skills (strong presentation skills a must). Ability to motivate and inspire different audiences.
