Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the project plan aligned to the HR Year End plan as well as performing business and data analysis tasks.

Education/Experience:

Associates degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree - preferred. 1-2 years of experience in project management or business analyst roles with a demonstrated record of success in managing time, cost, quality and client management.

Skills and Competencies:

Experience with Ultimate Software preferred. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Must have strong communication skills and an ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Must have a strong command of the English language written and oral. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks. Must be able to fit into a strong team based culture.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the project plan including evaluation of issues and alternatives and a recommended plan of action; Facilitate effective communications with stakeholders and team members; Lead the execution of project deliverables balancing cost, quality and time lines; Oversee project plan managing risks and issues through deployment.

Act as a business analyst an data analyst to assist with executing validation tasks where needed. Maintain and distribute regular project status updates to leadership.
