Contract Sales Training Facilitator

We are seeking dynamic individuals who are experts in training facilitation and who have experience delivering engaging learning to a variety of audiences across industries.

Role Highlights:

Learn and embrace RAIN Group’s RAIN Selling sales methodology as well as our tools, systems, and extensive training curricula

Work closely with RAIN Group’s sales, project management, and design teams, and with RAIN Group’s clients, to customize and deliver on-target, impactful training programs for clients

 

Deliver face-to-face and virtual sales and sales management training curricula in a way that’s effective and engaging and creates a transformational experience for participants

 

Work with average group sizes of 15-20 participants

 

Consult on sales best practices

 

Provide coaching to ensure sustainment of learning and tap into our proven educational system that ensures new skills and behaviors stick and transfer to the job

 

Deliver B2B sales training programs in areas including consultative selling, opportunity management, strategic and key account management, sales negotiations, extreme productivity, sales coaching, sales management, sales prospecting, and more

 

Create demand for RAIN Group’s additional offerings

 

Desired Skills, Attributes, and Competencies:

 

Successful candidates are creative thinkers with motivational energy who are comfortable working as part of a team. Training facilitators must have a sound understanding of adult learning theory and the use of experiential learning techniques.

 

Additional requirements include:

 

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

 

Training facilitation experience and stellar references

 

Demonstrated experience selling and/or leading sales teams

 

Outstanding group facilitation and presentation skills

 

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration software

 

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

 

Knowledge of the instructional design process

 

Ability to adapt and relate to all levels of leadership, management and employees with ease and enthusiasm

 

Ability to ramp up quickly on specific verticals and organizations

 

Open to coaching and feedback

 

Willingness to travel extensively domestically and open to international travel

 

Reasonably convenient access to a major airport hub

 

Availability and interest in training in the (virtual equivalent) range of 2-10 days per month (exclusive of travel) depending upon demand
