How We Charge
We work on retainer, but on a project basis. Hire us when you need us – for a month, or three, or six plus – to fill one or multiple positions.
- No retained fee upfront or per candidate placement fee required , so you don’t pay for our services unless we’re actively working for you.
- Unlike our competitors, our retained services are not fee-based, so we can focus on finding you the best candidate through the entire lifecycle of your job instead of moving on to the next placement.
- All candidates recruited are exclusively yours whether you hire them now or in the future with no additional fees for multiple hires. You retain all sourced candidates – without contingent fees -- to build your own pipeline
